ADEREMI WILLIAMS

Aderemi Williams is the Managing Director of the Company. He leads the Company’s business and provides overall supervisory oversight on the retail and commercial sales activities of the Company’s product offerings which include white products, LPG and lubricants. Prior to joining Valcore, he held managerial positions in several companies, including Global Haulage Resources Limited, Commodity Support Services Limited and SGS Inspection Services.

OLUMUYIWA AKANDE

Prior to joining Valcore Energy as the Project Director, he was with Hyde Energy where he oversaw the LPG business. He was responsible for the development and implementation of Hyde’s LPG expansion projects in Nigeria and managing total LPG assets of over 5 billion Naira. He has over 12 years of experience driving sales and marketing in the FMCG industry. As Project Director, he is responsible for identifying opportunities in the mineral resources space in Nigeria in line with the Federal Government's strategy for mining sector. Till date, he has spearheaded the investment into Exploration and small scale mining licenses in Nigeria. He has an MBA in Marketing with B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Geology. Prior to joining Valcore, he was Regional Sales Manager with United Africa Company of Nigeria (UACN) after successful stints with MTN Nigeria.

OLUSOLA JOHNSON

Olusola is a Legal Executive with Valcore Energy, supporting the Company’s overall goals by ensuring compliance with regulations and regulatory authorities, whilst also providing cutting edge advisory services to all business expansion plan per time. With a background in an all-round law firm handling diverse legal matters bothering on environmental and human rights law, dispute resolution, corporate commercial transactions, debt recovery, and restructuring her pivot to Energy sector has been laser focused on Compliance, Legal advisory, Corporate Governance and Government Relations. She has an LL. B from the University of Lagos and has benefited immensely from a myriad of professional courses, seminars, and trainings.
